The workshop was created and is led by Tom Glatt. Tom has worked in the financial industry for 30 years, primarily as a consultant serving credit union boards and executive management teams in areas including strategy development, leadership skill assessment and development, succession, and governance. Tom has worked with credit unions ranging in size from $8M to $30B, led sessions at national conferences and credit union management schools, and has been called upon to assist with the most complex of board and management decisions.

Tom is certified by Multi-Health Systems in the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 assessment tool, which measures emotional intelligence. Tom is also certified by Psychological Consultancy Ltd (PCL)  in the Risk Type Compass assessment tool, which identifies risk behavior and decision-making predisposition.
