Executive Leadership Workshop

We help credit union executives, in a peer small-group environment, explore and strengthen the competencies and skills required for effective self, organization, and people leadership.

Workshop Summary

This Executive Leadership Workshop is designed to teach participants, in a peer small-group environment, how to improve and leverage executive leadership skills. The experience includes attending a three-day, in-person event, followed by six months of development reinforcement activities, and group online check-ins and discussion.

Participants will focus on skill development in three critical areas of leadership—self, organization, and people—and will be be exposed to tools and concepts including: Emotional Intelligence and the EQ-i 2.0; Risk Type Compass; Business Model Canvas; Credit Union Industry HealthScore; Key Health Indicators, Objectives and Key Results; Financial Statement Structure; Strategy Gap Analysis, and more.

This workshop is open to individuals who are currently senior credit union executives. Small-group cohort will be capped at eight to ten people to allow for deep discovery and exploration of the skills needed to be an effective leader. As the program unfolds, participants can utilize the small group for development support and accountability.
