It has been a few weeks since our last newsletter as we’ve been traveling and preparing for our early 2026 events. We are excited to be back on our regular weekly schedule.

In one of this week's posts I've shared the highlights with you—specifically focusing on the death of the static strategic plan, how to navigate your board's risk psychology, and why "Radical Localism" is the future of the branch experience.
