Webinar: How Healthy are Credit Unions?

In a time when "health" is a fundamental global concern and a context for analyzing current and future prospects, it is natural to wonder about the health of our own credit union community. How healthy are credit unions, really? For credit unions at the peak of health, how did they get there? For those that aren't, why? And what does today's health prognosis mean for the future of credit unions as a community and a movement?

Join Tom Glatt in an interactive exploration of credit union health and performance. Tom will utilize an analysis model called the Credit Union Industry HealthScore to answer important questions about industry health, and what today's health status suggests about tomorrow's credit unions.

Participants registering in advance of the session will receive a custom HealthScore report for their credit union, allowing for a more individualized webinar experience.

Webinar: Developing Your Merger Negotiables

Matt Griffiths and Tom Glatt were live on Thursday, March 4, 2021 for a live Credit Union Conferences webinar.

About the Webinar

Whether or not mergers are of particular strategic interest to a given credit union, every credit union should have well-defined "standards" for how it will manage merger conversations. The reason is that every credit union, at some point, will be approached with a merger opportunity - and the credit union's response, and subsequent engagement, should be informed by well-reasoned perspectives and view points.

To that end, this Webinar, led by Glatt Consulting's Tom Glatt and Matt Griffiths, will walk you through the nine areas of particular concern to early-stage merger discussions, explain the type of elementary issues that fall within each area, and outline a development roadmap your credit union can follow to establish clear and reasonable merger negotiation expectations and boundaries to use in future discussions with prospective merger partners.
