We utilize the Emotional Quotient Inventory 2.0 (EQ-i 2.0) to capture and explore the emotional intelligence skills and competencies of a management team or board.

  1. Using the EQ-i 2.0 assessment tool we assess your emotional intelligence skill set and competencies.

  2. We then generate a personalized report outlining your emotional intelligence skill level.

  3. Finally, a certified EQ-i 2.0 Assessment Consultant debriefs you in a one-hour virtual session, working with you to explore your assessment results, recognizing emotional intelligence strengths and identifying areas in which you want to improve.

If you are interested in extending your relationship beyond the assessment and debrief we can also work with you to create a personal development plan focused on strengthening emotional intelligence skills. We can also coach you through the execution of your plan.

Teams have emotional intelligence strengths and challenges too. If you'd like to engage your team in this process, we follow the outline above, working with each individual team member to assess their emotional intelligence, but we also generate a team report outlining the emotional intelligence of the team as a whole. We also debrief the team as a group so that the team better understand the strengths and challenges of its aggregate profile, and how it can work better as a team given individual team member profiles.

As with individuals, we can also work with the team to create a development plan for strengthening the team's emotional intelligence skills. We can also coach the team through the execution of its plan.
