ABOUT TOM.....

Tom Glatt, Jr. is founder of Glatt Consulting, LLC, a Wilmington, North Carolina-based credit union consulting firm. Drawing on 15 years experience in the credit union community, he provides enterprise strategy, organizational design, and corporate culture development consulting to financial institution clients across the country. 

Tom received his Bachelors of Science degree in business administration from Mary Washington College. He is also a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business Executive Certificate Program, as well as the National Association of Federal Credit Union’s Management Development Institute. Tom lives in Wilmington with his wife and their two children. When not working, Tom likes to surf, coach baseball, and travel with his family.
